It is the sole responsibility of the guests to read the listing description and rules and to contact host regarding concerns/clarification prior to booking.

Completely quiet after 10pm

Correct number of guests coming added onto reservation. Additional guests who are not on the reservation will either be asked to leave the property immediately, or if approved by the host, will be added onto the reservation and charged the additional guest fee of $30/night.

No day visitors allowed without prior approval

No smoking or vaping allowed on the property

No food or drinks in the bubble except water

We do not accept date alteration requests two weeks prior to your arrival date so please make sure to plan accordingly. By making a reservation at this property, you understand the risk of travel and the cancellation policy in which you agree to upon booking will remain in effect.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance coverage for any changes, losses, trip disruptions, and unforeseen circumstances.

Only use the bubble that you specifically reserved and follow the self check in instructions that are sent to you. If you are found to have entered or used another guest's room/bubble, you agree to vacate the bubble and a cleaning fee of $150 will be charged to you.

Given our cleaning schedules, late check outs (not agreed upon by your hosts) will result in a late check out fee of $30 for the 1st hour, and anything additional will be an additional night's rate.

Any violation of these rules will result in an immediate eviction without a refund.

Convenience fee of $10 will be charged in addition to postage cost for any items left behind.

Hosts also live on the property, and we will have our space with our stuff.
